Join Mercor as an Operations Associate and play a key role in supporting our talent and data operations. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, research, and communications within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Communication & Outreach: Manage inbound messages, respond to inquiries, and support outreach campaigns while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
• Data Research & Enrichment: Conduct research to build and enrich datasets, verify data accuracy, and source information from public records and databases.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, track activities, and assist with process documentation and ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Comfort with high-volume, repetitive tasks and online research
• Analytical mindset with data pattern recognition skills
• Experience with CRM, ATS, or communication platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
