- Communication & Outreach: Manage inbound messages, respond to inquiries, and support outreach campaigns while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
- Data Research & Enrichment: Conduct research to build and enrich datasets, verify data accuracy, and source information from public records and databases.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, track activities, and assist with process documentation and ad hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Comfort with high-volume, repetitive tasks and online research
- Analytical mindset with data pattern recognition skills
- Experience with CRM, ATS, or communication platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
