Mercor is conducting a paid market research study seeking insights from professionals who recently worked at Genesys and had direct or adjacent exposure to Genesys Cloud AI products and capabilities. This is a survey and interview-based engagement — purely for research and informational purposes, with no sales obligations or follow-up commitments.

How It Works

1. Complete a brief screening questionnaire (~10 minutes) to verify your Genesys experience.
2. If you meet the screening criteria, you will be invited to a paid ~60-minute research interview.
3. Payment is processed through Mercor upon completion of the interview.

What the Interview Covers

• Your perspective on Genesys's AI product suite, customer base, and competitive positioning
• Product capabilities and limitations
• Early adopter programs and typical buyer profiles
• Deal dynamics and competitive landscape

Compensation

• $100 per hour, paid for all time spent on the interview
• Payment processed securely through Mercor upon completion

Who We're Looking For

• Professionals who departed Genesys within the last 12–18 months with at least 12 months of tenure
• Relevant roles include: Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Competitive Intelligence
• Direct or adjacent exposure to Genesys Cloud AI products is required
