What You'll Do

• Create and refine legal support challenges and scenarios for AI model training.
• Design realistic legal research, case management, and litigation support tasks that test AI capabilities.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, procedural correctness, and practical applicability.
• Help bridge the gap between established paralegal practice and cutting-edge AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies, or a bachelor's degree with paralegal certification.
• Proven experience as a paralegal with a strong command of legal research, document preparation, and case management.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
