AFTERQUERY is seeking NRP-certified paramedics to help build advanced life support (ALS) scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and test model clinical judgment. This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role with weekly pay.
What You'll Do
- Design and document realistic ALS scenarios for AI model evaluation
- Apply deep clinical knowledge in cardiology, airway management, and pharmacology
- Clearly articulate clinical decision-making in written English
- Contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible, async schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active NRP certification and a valid state paramedic license
- 2+ years of ALS field experience on a 911 service
- Strong clinical depth in cardiology, airway management, and pharmacology
- Excellent written English communication skills for documenting clinical decisions under pressure
- Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $55–$80/hr (based on experience)
