Paramedic Expert at AfterQuery

Paramedic Expert | $55–80/hr | Worldwide Remote | Contractor

AFTERQUERY is seeking NRP-certified paramedics to help build advanced life support (ALS) scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and test model clinical judgment. This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role with weekly pay.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic ALS scenarios for AI model evaluation
• Apply deep clinical knowledge in cardiology, airway management, and pharmacology
• Clearly articulate clinical decision-making in written English
• Contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible, async schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active NRP certification and a valid state paramedic license
• 2+ years of ALS field experience on a 911 service
• Strong clinical depth in cardiology, airway management, and pharmacology
• Excellent written English communication skills for documenting clinical decisions under pressure
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week

• Rate: $55–$80/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: Asynchronous, fully remote
