• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and write realistic scenarios based on professional parks and recreation experience, including program planning, facility management, and community engagement.
• Develop scenarios addressing safety, conflict resolution, accessibility, and budget constraints.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback to enhance AI training and scenario quality.

• Ideal Qualifications:
• 4+ years of professional experience in parks and recreation, preferably with management responsibilities.
• Strong written communication and computer proficiency.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, and qualification assessments.
