About the Role:
As a People Operations Specialist at Mercor, you will be instrumental in scaling and streamlining our Talent and People operations. Your expertise in creating efficient, scalable systems will support our rapid growth and enhance our employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize key People & Talent workflows, including employee onboarding, offer processing, compliance, workforce planning, and headcount management.

• Identify opportunities for automation and implement tech-driven solutions using AI, low-code, and no-code platforms.

• Develop comprehensive documentation and dynamic processes to ensure smooth, scalable People operations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.

• Proven track record in designing and enhancing operational processes with measurable outcomes.

• Technical fluency with modern tools and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation.

• Hands-on experience with systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, CRM, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent documentation and structured communication skills.

• Collaborative, proactive mindset, comfortable driving cross-functional improvements.

Work Requirements:

• This role requires working on-site at our San Francisco office (with NYC availability starting January 2026), five days per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $100K–$190K per year.
