People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator | $80–120/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced People Ops and Recruiting professionals to serve as expert Evaluators, assessing AI-generated work products for accuracy, quality, and domain relevance. This is a flexible, remote, hourly engagement ideal for seasoned HR and talent acquisition specialists.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in HR and recruiting-related content
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI output quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in People Operations and/or Recruiting
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
