Join Mercor as a legal expert supporting innovative AI dataset projects. This contractor role is ideal for lawyers with litigation or corporate/transactional experience who are skilled at compiling and organizing legal and financial documents for advanced technology initiatives.

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents according to project guidelines.
• Ensure all materials are accurate, complete, and clearly documented.
• Follow structured processes to meet high-quality standards and verify all sources.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and consistently meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of active legal practice in Peru, with experience in litigation or corporate/transactional law.
• Familiarity with Peruvian legal and regulatory documentation sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
