Mercor is seeking native or fluent Peruvian Spanish speakers to participate in short-term conversational AI testing for a client's customer experience (CX) platform. No specialized expertise required — your everyday perspective is exactly what we're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Conduct inbound and outbound test calls to evaluate a conversational AI agent's responses and behavior
• Follow provided prompts and realistic interaction scenarios
• Share feedback on conversation flow, naturalness, and overall user experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Duration: 1–2 weeks
• Daily Commitment: 1–3 hours per day
• Rate: $8/hr
• Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Native or fluent Peruvian Spanish speaker
• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality
