AfterQuery is seeking licensed Pharmaceutical Experts to help shape the future of healthcare AI. In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate clinical scenarios used to train and refine AI models in pharmaceutical reasoning — ensuring they can navigate real-world pharmacy practice with precision and clinical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine pharmaceutical reasoning challenges for AI training modules.
• Design clinical scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex pharmaceutical principles.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and practical relevance.
• Collaborate with the AfterQuery team to continuously improve model performance across pharmacy specialties.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
• Proven experience in clinical practice, pharmacy education, or pharmaceutical research.
• Strong understanding of various pharmacy specialties.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
