What You'll Do
- Complete a structured 30-minute online survey at your convenience

Who Should Apply
You are currently practising in a community-based pharmacy setting in one of the following roles:
- Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
- Staff Pharmacist
- Float / Per Diem Pharmacist
Requirements
- Active U.S. state pharmacy license (RPh or PharmD)
- Direct patient-facing experience in a community or outpatient pharmacy
- Strong familiarity with retail pharmacy workflows and operations
- Ability to independently complete a 30-minute online survey
