Mercor is seeking experienced photographers to produce high-quality visual datasets for advanced AI testing and demonstration workflows. This project-based role involves capturing structured images that meet defined aesthetic, technical, and documentation standards in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional-quality photographs according to structured prompts and project requirements
• Ensure consistency in lighting, composition, color accuracy, and subject framing
• Edit and process all images to meet technical specifications and visual guidelines
• Follow structured metadata and documentation processes for all submitted assets
• Annotate, caption, and evaluate different images shared
• Work asynchronously and deliver images according to defined project milestones

You're a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years of professional photography experience in commercial, editorial, product, or portrait settings
• Strong technical proficiency with cameras, lighting equipment, and editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Demonstrated ability to produce visually cohesive and high-quality photo sets
• Excellent attention to detail in both shooting and post-processing
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote environment

Role Details:

• Type: Part-time, project-based (3–5 weeks)
• Engagement: 10–15 hours per week
• Work Mode: 100% remote and asynchronous
• Compensation: Contractor role via Mercor with weekly payments processed through Stripe Connect
