Physical Therapist Expert | $70–105/hr | Remote (US) | Async Contractor Role

AFTERQUERY is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to help shape the future of AI in healthcare. In this role, you will design and document rehabilitation and movement scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve model clinical judgment. This is a fully remote, asynchronous position with weekly pay.

What You'll Do

• Develop realistic rehab and movement-based scenarios that test AI model reasoning in clinical contexts
• Document detailed clinical rationale and decision-making processes in clear, written English
• Contribute expertise across orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehabilitation domains
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team focused on advancing responsible AI in medicine

Requirements

• DPT or equivalent Physical Therapy degree with an active, unencumbered US PT license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical practice
• Specialized depth in orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehabilitation
• Strong written English communication skills for clinical documentation
• Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $70–$105/hr based on experience
• Schedule: Fully async, flexible hours
