Physician Assistant Expert (PA-C) | $80–$120/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async Contract

AFTERQUERY is seeking certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) to help shape the future of clinical AI. In this role, you will design and document complex clinical reasoning scenarios used by frontier AI laboratories to evaluate and refine model judgment in medical contexts. This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract position — paid weekly.

What You'll Do

• Develop realistic, nuanced clinical reasoning scenarios that challenge AI model decision-making
• Document your clinical thought process clearly and thoroughly in written English
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to ensure medical accuracy and depth
• Contribute at least 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule

Required Qualifications

• Current PA-C certification (NCCPA) in good standing
• Active state PA license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical practice beyond PA school rotations
• Strong written English communication skills for documenting clinical reasoning
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

• Rate: $80–$120/hr based on experience
