Mercor is partnering with one of the world's leading AI laboratories to bring experienced physicians onto a cutting-edge AI research project. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to evaluate, refine, and stress-test AI systems in a structured, professional environment — helping shape the future of AI in medicine.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with AI research teams to assess and improve medical AI systems
• Develop detailed diagnostic cases and create scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated responses
• Apply your clinical knowledge to identify gaps, errors, and opportunities for improvement in AI outputs

You're a Strong Fit If You:

• Are a U.S.-based, actively practicing MD
• Have 3+ years of medical experience
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Are technically proficient and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Have a genuine interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare

Project Details

• Commitment: 20–40 hours per week
• Duration: Minimum of three months
• Rate: $130/hr
