Physics Expert | $50–80/hr | Worldwide Remote

AfterQuery is seeking skilled Physics Experts to help shape the future of AI by crafting, reviewing, and refining physics-based reasoning problems. This is a flexible, fully remote contract role ideal for professionals with a strong academic or applied physics background.

In this role, you will develop high-quality, real-world physics questions and evaluate the logical consistency of AI model responses. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our AI systems accurately interpret and solve complex physics challenges in alignment with current scientific principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop challenging, real-world physics reasoning problems for AI training purposes
• Review and validate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and logical consistency
• Enhance existing physics problems to improve clarity, depth, and educational value
• Ensure all content adheres to established scientific principles and standards

Required Qualifications

• Completed Master's or PhD in Physics or a related discipline (e.g., Astronomy, Astrophysics, or Engineering Physics)
• At least 2 years of experience in academic research, teaching, or an applied physics environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex physical phenomena
• Excellent written communication skills for conveying scientific concepts clearly and effectively
