Physics Expert | $40–60/hr | Remote in US, CA

Mercor is seeking talented Physics undergraduates or Master's students to join a high-impact project with a leading AI lab. As a Physics Expert, you will leverage your domain knowledge to curate challenging problems and contribute to the development of advanced large language models.

• Collaborate on cutting-edge AI initiatives by generating high-quality physics data.
• Work fully remotely and asynchronously, contributing 15–20 hours per week with potential for increased hours.
• Ideal candidates are pursuing or hold a Physics-related degree from a top US or Canadian university, or have at least one year of full-time experience in a Physics-related field in the US or Canada.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written/verbal English communication skills required.
• Project duration is a minimum of 1–2 months, starting in September, with rolling application review.
• Legally classified as an hourly contractor; weekly payments via Stripe Connect.
• Applicants must reside in the US or Canada.
