MICRO1 is seeking a highly skilled Physics Expert to contribute to cutting-edge sciences research. This contractor role is ideal for a specialist with deep expertise in statistical physics, quantum information, and condensed matter theory.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced physics knowledge to research and problem-solving tasks in statistical and condensed matter physics
- Work with concepts such as Kramers-Wannier duality, quenched disorder averaging, and square-lattice self-duality
- Analyze domain-wall free energy and noncontractible loop defects
- Perform and interpret 4-state Potts model numerics
- Contribute expert-level insights to ongoing research projects and deliverables
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong foundation in Physics, with specialization in statistical physics, quantum information, or condensed matter
- Proficiency with Kramers-Wannier duality and square-lattice self-duality
- Experience with quenched disorder averaging and domain-wall free energy calculations
- Familiarity with noncontractible loop defects
- Hands-on experience with 4-state Potts model numerics
