Police Dispatcher (911) | $30–65/hr | Remote

We are seeking a skilled and composed Police Dispatcher (911) to join our team on a contract basis. This role demands a calm, focused professional capable of managing high-pressure emergency communications with precision and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process emergency and non-emergency calls via multiple communication channels
• Prioritize and triage incoming calls efficiently under high-pressure conditions
• Dispatch appropriate law enforcement, fire, or medical units in a timely manner
• Maintain clear, accurate, and professional communication with callers and field units
• Log and document all dispatch activity accurately in real time
• Coordinate with multiple agencies and departments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and triage under pressure
• Experience handling multiple communication channels simultaneously
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills
• Certification or familiarity with APCO or NENA standards preferred
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

This is a remote contractor opportunity open to qualified candidates. Compensation ranges from $30 to $65 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
