Portuguese Language Expert | $30–65/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled Portuguese Language Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for bilingual professionals with a strong background in linguistics and data annotation who are passionate about language quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data annotation tasks in Portuguese, ensuring high accuracy and consistency
• Leverage bilingual proficiency to review, evaluate, and improve language datasets
• Apply linguistic expertise to identify nuances, errors, and areas for improvement in Portuguese-language content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and quality standards

Required Skills

• Data Annotation: Experience annotating text, audio, or other data formats
• Bilingual Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese (Brazilian or European) and English
• Linguistics: Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, semantics, and language structure
