• Collaborate directly with AI researchers to close knowledge gaps and enhance model performance in Private Equity topics.
• Develop and maintain precise annotation standards and set the benchmark for quality and rigor in training data.
• Create guidelines and evaluation frameworks to assess finance reasoning and ensure consistency across tasks.
• Design and solve challenging, domain-specific finance problems, providing clear, structured solutions and feedback.
• Work with other SMEs to uphold accuracy and consistency in all AI training materials.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Master's or Ph.D. in a finance-related field from a top-tier university.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Private Equity at a reputable institution.
