Key Responsibilities

- Develop compelling investment theses and write clear, structured IC memos for stakeholder review
- Lead and support due diligence processes, identifying key risks and value drivers
- Produce high-quality written documentation with precision and clarity
- Apply strong analytical reasoning to navigate ambiguous data and complex deal structures
Required Skills
- Demonstrated mastery of private equity concepts, deal structures, and investment frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in LBO modelling and financial returns analysis
- Experience writing investment committee memos and supporting documentation
- Strong risk assessment and due diligence capabilities
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to deliver rigorous analysis under ambiguity and tight timelines
