Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate private equity deal opportunities with a strategic, commercial mindset
- Conduct thorough due diligence and interpret complex financial documents
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and valuations
- Develop investment memos and scenario analyses to support decision-making
- Manage portfolio performance and contribute to exit strategy planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts
- Contribute thought leadership and insights on technology-driven finance solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in private equity, including deal structuring and portfolio management
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Commercial awareness and the ability to assess market opportunities effectively
- CFA or MBA preferred
