Join MICRO1 as a Private Equity Expert and bring your deep finance expertise to a dynamic, remote contracting role. We're looking for a seasoned professional who can drive deal sourcing, lead rigorous due diligence, and deliver high-quality financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate private equity deal opportunities with a strategic, commercial mindset
• Conduct thorough due diligence and interpret complex financial documents
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and valuations
• Develop investment memos and scenario analyses to support decision-making
• Manage portfolio performance and contribute to exit strategy planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts
• Contribute thought leadership and insights on technology-driven finance solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in private equity, including deal structuring and portfolio management
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Commercial awareness and the ability to assess market opportunities effectively
• CFA or MBA preferred
