About the Role

As a Producer and Director Expert, you will create and refine media production challenges that test an AI's ability to interpret complex film, television, and theater production principles. Your work will directly influence how AI models handle creative decision-making, project management, and storytelling — making a tangible impact on the future of media technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic and nuanced production scenarios that reflect real-world creative and logistical challenges.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses against established production workflows and industry best practices.
• Provide detailed, expert feedback to improve AI model accuracy and practical insight.
• Collaborate with the AfterQuery team to continuously refine training methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Theater, Media Production, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a producer, director, or media production leader with a strong command of production workflows and creative processes.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.

This is a remote, flexible contractor position. Compensation ranges from $50 to $100 per hour based on experience and scope of work.
