Product Design & UX Expert (Independent Contractor)
Location: Remote (Applicants must reside in the US, UK, or Canada)
Compensation: $75–$150/hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week, fully asynchronous schedule
About the Role:
Mercor is seeking experienced Product Design and UX Experts to participate as independent contractors in a research initiative for one of the world's leading AI companies. This exciting project leverages your expertise in product design to inform critical decisions around design preferences and user experience.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in product design or UX at a prestigious technology company
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated ability to create detailed product mockups
Experience providing user experience and user journey feedback
Role Details:
Flexible schedule: Complete tasks asynchronously around your availability
A paid assessment is required prior to offer
Contract classified as "at-will" independent contractor (Note: H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not eligible at this time)
