The Role: Product Designer

We're seeking a passionate Product Designer to join our team and own the end-to-end development of our products. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to evolving strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process from conception to production
2. Create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
3. Conduct user research and apply insights to design decisions
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially technical engineers
5. Ensure design consistency across the platform and partner integrations
6. Stay current with design trends in crypto and web3 spaces
7. Simplify complex user flows in the web3 ecosystem

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing web3 design experience
• Proven track record in designing and shipping end-to-end products with complex flows
• Proficiency in both UX and UI design
• Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma
• Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail
• Experience in user research and applying insights to designs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for crypto and web3 technologies

Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 per year
