Product Management AI Training Specialist | Contractor | Worldwide Remote

Turing is seeking a seasoned Product Management Subject Matter Expert to help shape the quality and logic of AI-powered product tools. In this role, you'll translate real-world product frameworks into structured parameters, deterministic spreadsheet logic, and domain guardrails that ensure AI-generated artifacts meet elite industry standards.

About Turing

Turing is one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems. We partner with leading AI labs to push frontier model capabilities and build real-world AI solutions for mission-critical business challenges.

Role Overview

As an AI Training Specialist (Product Management & Operations), you will define domain quality standards and author foundational logic for product-focused AI tools. You'll convert product frameworks—including feature prioritization models, roadmap planning structures, and feedback/Q&A triage systems—into structured parameters and spreadsheet logic, then audit AI-generated outputs for professional accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Domain Guidance & Guardrail Authoring: Define discovery parameters and operational guardrails for AI tools building product roadmaps, feature specifications, and user story backlogs.
  • Golden Asset Verification: Build and validate reference dashboards, RICE/MoSCoW scoring models, roadmap timelines, and Q&A triage boards in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Workflow & Dataset Co-Design: Design realistic product operations scenarios and validate domain context files, including PRDs, customer feedback logs, and release plans.
  • AI Quality Audit & Sign-Off: Review, score, and refine AI-generated product artifacts to ensure alignment with professional B2B/B2C product management standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or product operations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and Kano.
  • Proven ability to translate feature scoring rules, triage logic, and roadmap constraints into deterministic spreadsheet formulas.
  • Strong, concise professional writing skills.
  • Weekend on-call availability required (part-time engagement acceptable).
  • Personal desktop/laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus.

Engagement Details

  • Type: Contractor
  • Duration: Up to 2 weeks
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with 8 hours of overlap with PST
  • Availability: Weekend on-call availability required

Evaluation Process

Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form. Finalized candidates will undergo a delivery review before proceeding further.
