Product Manager at Mercor

Mercor is seeking experienced Product Managers to collaborate with a leading AI research lab on a short-term project focused on advancing AI-driven product management. This role involves evaluating and refining AI outputs to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment across product management workflows, including market analysis, roadmap development, launch planning, and performance tracking.

• Review AI-generated product roadmaps, user stories, and feature specifications for clarity and market alignment
• Provide expert feedback on AI outputs related to product strategy, competitive analysis, and customer research
• Develop and refine evaluation rubrics for product requirements, prioritization frameworks, and go-to-market plans
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to enhance system reasoning and reliability
• Audit AI-generated reports and analyses for accuracy and strategic insight

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in product management at top-tier tech companies, startups, or consultancies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field
• Expertise in product strategy, agile development, UX design, market research, or launch execution
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and analytics platforms
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Must reside in the US, UK, or Canada

• Part-time, 20-40 hours/week
