AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced Product Managers to help build product judgment scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate model reasoning across prioritization, product specs, and strategy. This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract role — ideal for seasoned PMs looking to contribute meaningfully to the future of AI development.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic product judgment scenarios that test AI model reasoning
• Apply your real-world PM experience to craft challenges around roadmap prioritization, PRD writing, and product strategy
• Produce clear, well-reasoned written content that reflects authentic product decision-making

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning a live product or feature area
• A track record of shipped work — specs, launches, and measurable outcomes you can speak to
• Fluency with core PM tools and rituals: roadmaps, PRDs, analytics, and experimentation
• Strong written English skills for clearly documenting product reasoning and decisions
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

Compensation & Logistics

• Rate: $60–$110/hr based on experience
• Schedule: Fully async, work on your own time

• Location: 100% remote, open worldwide
