Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world production supervision work in manufacturing based on your professional experience
• Create realistic situations involving team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance
• Develop scenarios for handling scheduling, training, performance management, and production troubleshooting
• Review and evaluate AI responses to manufacturing supervision queries for accuracy and industry standards
• Provide detailed feedback on production management scenarios to improve AI training

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience as a first-line supervisor of production and operating workers in manufacturing
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
• Average 14 years experience preferred

Opportunity Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
