Program Management Evaluator at Mercor

Program Management Evaluator | $80–120/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced Program Management & Implementation Planning Evaluators to assess and grade AI-generated work products. In this role, you will apply your deep domain expertise to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, rigor, and overall quality.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in work products
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Program Management or Implementation Planning
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
