Program Management SME (AI Training) at Turing

Program Management SME (AI Training) | Contractor | 40 hrs/week | Worldwide Remote

Turing — one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies — is looking for a seasoned Program Management Subject Matter Expert to help train and benchmark state-of-the-art AI systems in project delivery and PMO execution. This is a short-term contractor engagement (up to 2 weeks) with full-time hours and weekend on-call availability required.

Role Overview

In this role, you will convert complex project management methodologies — including Gantt scheduling, dependency logic, and status reporting frameworks — into structured, deterministic rules and reference assets for AI model training. You will design evaluation datasets and audit AI-generated deliverables to ensure they meet elite professional PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain Guidance & Guardrail Authoring: Define structural discovery parameters and operational guardrails for AI tools managing project schedules, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
• Golden Asset Verification: Build and validate reference project dashboards, Gantt models, cost/effort rollups, and dependency formulas in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Workflow & Dataset Co-Design: Create realistic operational scenarios and validate domain context files such as project charters, RAID logs, and implementation playbooks.
• AI Quality Audit & Sign-Off: Review, score, and refine AI-generated project deliverables to ensure full alignment with professional PMO and delivery standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program/project management, PMO execution, or delivery leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with Gantt scheduling, critical path/dependency management, and status reporting.
• Strong professional writing skills with the ability to translate complex scheduling logic into deterministic formulas and structured parameters.
• Weekend on-call availability (part-time engagement acceptable).
• Personal desktop/laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Admin-level proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana.
• Prior experience reviewing or evaluating AI-generated project plans and status reports.
