Project Coordinator - AI & Data | $65–85/hr | Worldwide Remote

Join a leading AI research team as a Project Coordinator, supporting innovative GenAI projects that are shaping the future of artificial intelligence. This fully remote contract role offers the chance to drive impactful initiatives and collaborate with top experts in the field.

• Lead multiple AI and data projects by overseeing daily operations, aligning priorities, and ensuring seamless workflow across large, cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate and document business reviews, occasionally leading calls and collaborating with research and product partners to refine project guidelines.
• Resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and share findings to enhance team performance and data consistency.
• Advise on best practices for quality assurance, data annotation, and standardize onboarding and training for GenAI experts.
• Manage large-scale meetings with up to 200+ participants and coordinate with vendors across multiple time zones.
• Track deliverables using advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required; STEM background preferred.
• 2+ years in project management or related field, with experience coordinating large teams.
• Strong data management skills (Excel, SQL) and working knowledge of coding.
• Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
