Project Management Specialist at Mercor

Project Management Specialist | $70–110/hr | Worldwide Remote | Contract (4–6 Weeks)

Mercor is seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll apply your real-world expertise to assess AI-generated project management content, workflows, and artifacts — helping shape the next generation of intelligent tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and other project artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head, assessing planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions, and provide structured expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week during the project duration.
• Strong written English communication skills.

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
• Payment: Task-based upon first task approval; qualified contributors transition to hourly pay for the remainder of the project.
