Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts focused on improving LLM model performance.
• Oversee daily operations, provide clear guidance, and ensure adherence to project guidelines and timelines.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Identify team training needs and coordinate professional development sessions to maintain high-quality training and evaluation datasets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven team leadership experience, directly managing teams of three or more members.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to incorporate LLM performance metrics and feedback into training data creation processes.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week; candidates able to start immediately are preferred.
