Project Manager III | $60–85/hr | Hybrid – Redmond, WA (Mon, Tue, Thu on-site)

Join a world-class team at a prestigious tech company pioneering the future of virtual, augmented, and mixed reality. This 12-month contract role (with potential extension) places you at the heart of an innovative Audio team developing breakthrough technologies for AI glasses and head-mounted displays. You'll drive delivery of ambitious audio features, collaborating with experts in audio engineering, signal processing, machine learning, and hearing sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full planning, execution, and delivery lifecycle for audio feature development and productization.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular feature evaluation sessions to gather team feedback and promote feature familiarity.
• Ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and progress is well-documented.
• Oversee vendor services, equipment procurement, and support additional operational projects as needed.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence at the Redmond facilities (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday required).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in research or product development environments.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Skilled at building cross-functional partnerships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with audio engineering, signal processing, or machine learning is a bonus.

This is a W-2 contract role administered by Cincinnatus, an enterprise staffing company. Employment, payroll, and benefits are managed by Cincinnatus, with day-to-day work integrated directly into the client's team and workflows.
