About the Role
Mercor is hiring experienced Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated property management content and workflows, using your real-world expertise in operating and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial properties and managing community associations.
What the Work Involves
- Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, association governance documents, and other property management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility.
- Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters and provide expert feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or another closely related property or association management role.
- Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Pay and Schedule
- Start date: immediate.
- Duration: approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Payment is task-based, with payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly ($70-110/hr) for the remainder of the project.
