Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world property management work based on your professional experience
• Create realistic situations involving tenant relations, lease negotiations, maintenance coordination, budget management, and community association governance
• Develop scenarios for handling property emergencies, enforcing HOA policies, managing vendor relationships, conducting property inspections, and resolving resident disputes
• Review and evaluate AI responses to property management queries for accuracy and professional standards
• Provide detailed feedback on property management scenarios to improve AI training

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience in property management, real estate operations, or community association management (14 years preferred)
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
• Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor
• Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect
