Join a cutting-edge initiative building the behavioral science scenarios that frontier AI labs rely on to evaluate model judgment. As a Psychology Research Expert, you'll design and document high-quality human behavioral scenarios that directly shape how advanced AI systems are tested and refined.
What You'll Do
- Develop rigorous behavioral science scenarios used to assess AI model decision-making and judgment
- Apply expertise in study design, measurement, and statistical inference to ensure scenario validity
- Document behavioral reasoning clearly and precisely for use by leading AI research teams
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of researchers and scientists
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Psychology or a closely related behavioral science
- 2+ years of research experience involving human subjects or behavioral data
- Strong working knowledge of study design, measurement methodologies, and statistical inference
- Excellent written English communication skills for documenting complex behavioral reasoning
- Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
Compensation & Logistics
- Rate: $60–$120/hr based on experience
- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own time
- Payment: Paid weekly
