What You'll Do

• Develop rigorous behavioral science scenarios used to assess AI model decision-making and judgment
• Apply expertise in study design, measurement, and statistical inference to ensure scenario validity
• Document behavioral reasoning clearly and precisely for use by leading AI research teams
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of researchers and scientists

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Psychology or a closely related behavioral science
• 2+ years of research experience involving human subjects or behavioral data
• Strong working knowledge of study design, measurement methodologies, and statistical inference
• Excellent written English communication skills for documenting complex behavioral reasoning
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

Compensation & Logistics

• Rate: $60–$120/hr based on experience
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own time
• Payment: Paid weekly
