Help bridge the gap between AI capabilities and nuanced, real-life activities by contributing your expertise to train next-generation AI systems.

About the Role

As an Expert Contributor, you'll leverage your real-world experience to design and execute tasks that reflect authentic interactions with AI systems in the social services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claim tasks across essential social services and public benefit programs that people commonly seek AI assistance with
• Design clear, realistic prompts for tasks such as: seeking low-cost or free medical and mental health care, applying for disability benefits, shopping for health insurance plans, and navigating SNAP, SSDI, and Medicaid applications
• Execute assigned tasks and provide comprehensive evidence of completion
• Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI performance on specific tasks

Working Hours & Commitment

• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling with ongoing project opportunities

• Desktop or laptop computer required (Chromebooks are not supported)
• Real-world expertise in social services and public benefits programs
