We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Agent to join our business operations team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze bids and proposals to identify the most competitive and value-driven options
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing standards
• Apply sound contract reasoning to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance

Required Skills

• Bid Analysis: Ability to assess and compare vendor proposals effectively
• Supplier Evaluation: Experience vetting and managing supplier relationships
• Contract Reasoning: Strong understanding of contract terms and negotiation strategies

Compensation & Details
