We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our applied engineering team as an expert-level contractor. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented quality professional with deep experience in both manual and automated testing, capable of ensuring software reliability and performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for software applications
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality and performance
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and related tools
- Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability across releases
- Track, document, and report bugs using industry-standard bug tracking systems
- Utilize test management tools to organize and prioritize QA workflows
- Evaluate human data quality to support AI and applied engineering initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality standards and acceptance criteria
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
- Strong proficiency in Test Case Design and Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of Regression Testing and Bug Tracking methodologies
- Experience with Test Management Tools and structured QA processes
- Ability to assess and evaluate Human Data quality
- Excellent bug reporting and communication skills
