QA Engineer | $90–175/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our applied engineering team as an expert-level contractor. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented quality professional with deep experience in both manual and automated testing, capable of ensuring software reliability and performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for software applications
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality and performance
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and related tools
• Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability across releases
• Track, document, and report bugs using industry-standard bug tracking systems
• Utilize test management tools to organize and prioritize QA workflows
• Evaluate human data quality to support AI and applied engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality standards and acceptance criteria

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
• Strong proficiency in Test Case Design and Automation Testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of Regression Testing and Bug Tracking methodologies
• Experience with Test Management Tools and structured QA processes
• Ability to assess and evaluate Human Data quality
• Excellent bug reporting and communication skills

This is a contractor engagement offering competitive hourly compensation between $90 and $175 per hour, depending on experience and expertise.
