Quality Analyst at Turing

Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to evaluate and compare responses from multiple chatbots and provide structured feedback against defined guidelines.

What you'll do

• Compare chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, and adherence to evaluation guidelines.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and other quality issues.
• Document findings and provide a clear final assessment for each evaluation task.
• Maintain consistent reviews and meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Collaborate with project and quality teams to resolve questions and escalate complex or ambiguous cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in quality assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, testing, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with AI tools, chatbots, and online platforms.

Previous experience with chatbot evaluation, LLM testing, or data-quality projects is an advantage.

Pay and schedule

• Project-based freelance role lasting 16 weeks, with a defined number of evaluation tasks.
• Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
