Role Overview
As a Quality Analyst, you will work on projects designed to improve large language models through structured analysis, content review, and scenario creation. You'll leverage your analytical and English comprehension skills to evaluate model outputs, validate claims, and craft training scenarios that help AI systems reason more accurately.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of analytical and logic-based questions to help train LLM models.
- Create scenarios and test cases that expose model weaknesses and guide improvement.
- Read, summarize, and break down large content into logical, structured blocks.
- Conduct online research to validate claims and verify factual accuracy.
- Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback on model responses.
Example tasks include analyzing sales distribution data across locations or solving logic puzzles involving conditional rules — no specialized domain expertise required.

- English Proficiency: Strong reading and writing comprehension skills.
- Analytical Skills: Solid research, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, data annotation, or content review workflows.
- Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
