Quantitative Analyst (Finance) | $100+/hr | Worldwide Remote | 10–30 hrs/week

Turing is seeking experienced Quantitative Finance professionals to collaborate with AI researchers and help improve the performance of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, fully remote freelance role ideal for quant professionals who enjoy solving complex problems and want to shape how AI is applied in finance. No prior AI experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on quantitative finance topics including stochastic modeling, derivatives pricing, statistical arbitrage, and risk quantification.
• Develop rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks such as options pricing, Monte Carlo simulation, factor model construction, and backtesting methodologies.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Quantitative Finance (e.g., quant trading, quant research, financial engineering, or risk modeling).
• Strong command of stochastic calculus, statistical modeling, and derivatives pricing theory.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or C++.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• CFA, FRM, CQF, Ph.D. in a quantitative field, or MBA in Finance.
