Join Mercor in a high-impact contractor role collaborating with a leading AI research lab. You will leverage your quantitative finance expertise to design, evaluate, and stress-test advanced AI systems that replicate real-world workflows in trading, risk management, and financial engineering.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess AI-driven pricing, trading, and risk models for accuracy and robustness.
  • Develop and test simulation frameworks for derivatives valuation and market scenarios.
  • Audit AI-generated trading strategies and quantitative research outputs.
  • Provide expert feedback on model assumptions, performance, and financial realism.
• Ideal Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in quantitative finance, trading, or financial engineering.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field; PhD or certifications (CFA, FRM) are a plus.
  • Expertise in quantitative modeling, derivatives pricing, and computational finance.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and numerical libraries for high-performance computing.
  • Strong knowledge of market microstructure, algorithmic execution, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Project Details:
