We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialist to join our finance team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional who thrives in a remote environment and has a strong command of QuickBooks and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize QuickBooks to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions
• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate financial reports for stakeholders
• Maintain organized financial records in compliance with accounting standards
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner

Required Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
• Solid background in bookkeeping and general accounting principles
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
