Real Estate AI Trainer | $10–30/hr | Remote (US)

We are seeking experienced Real Estate, Rental, and Leasing professionals to contribute their domain expertise to an AI benchmark evaluation project. In this freelance role, you will design evaluation tasks, craft expert prompts, and develop scoring rubrics that help train and refine AI models handling complex real estate scenarios.

Project Deliverables

• Task & Prompt Creation: Develop realistic, professional-grade prompts that challenge AI models across real estate transactions, property management, and leasing agreements.
• Rubric Development: Write clear, objective evaluation rubrics with specific, unambiguous scoring criteria for consistent assessment.
• Benchmark Data Generation: Produce clean, reliable training data that supports the evaluation and refinement of AI models in real estate contexts.
• Quality Assurance & Fact-Checking: Ensure all tasks and criteria align with real-world market standards, leasing regulations, and property valuation methodologies.

Required Expertise

• Demonstrated professional experience in real estate, property management, or leasing, with strong knowledge of industry standards and legal terminology.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft complex, realistic real estate scenarios for AI evaluation purposes.
• Proficiency in developing objective, non-ambiguous rubrics and scoring frameworks.
• Detail-oriented approach to fact-checking lease contracts, property appraisals, zoning regulations, and market data.
