AFTERQUERY is seeking licensed real estate brokers to help build transaction scenario datasets used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and refine model judgment in complex, real-world situations.

This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract role — ideal for experienced brokers looking to contribute their knowledge to a high-impact project on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic real estate transaction scenarios that test AI model reasoning and decision-making
• Apply your expertise in contracts, disclosures, agency obligations, and negotiation to create nuanced, accurate case studies
• Clearly articulate transaction logic and reasoning in written English for use in AI training and evaluation

Requirements

• Active real estate broker license in at least one US state
• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate transactions
• Strong working knowledge of contracts, disclosures, agency law, and negotiation practices
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

• Rate: $80–$120/hr based on experience
