AfterQuery is looking for experienced Real Estate Experts to help shape the future of property technology by designing and evaluating AI training scenarios. In this fully remote, flexible contractor role, you will create and refine real estate reasoning challenges that test an AI's ability to interpret complex property transactions, market dynamics, and real estate principles.

Your expertise will serve as the bridge between proven real estate practice and cutting-edge AI development — making a tangible impact on how intelligent systems understand and navigate the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic and challenging real estate scenarios for AI training modules.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and practical relevance.

Required Qualifications
